Thank you so much for today, I really enjoyed it. I was thinking later that the polarity session is a synergy of reflexology, acupuncture/acupressure (without the needles) and energy work. It felt different from Reiki, more therapeutic than giving me universal energy, somehow more intelligent and intuitive. Thanks again
